Welcome to extreme family fun!!   This non-smoking/pet free townhouse is in the best Location!! Its a beautiful house and it's so easy to have a great time here!   Travel smart. Travel with the space and amenities you're used to at home.   This house has it all and you will love all the technology  and carefully thought out details in this 4 BR townhouse.

 

The furnishings are Restoration Hardware of Denver Professionally Designed.   We have a PELOTON spin bike for you to use!!  Just log into your own peloton account or use our guest account. If you aren’t familiar with the peloton bike, this is a super fun workout.  You can take a live spin class that’s going on in New York City or choose from many on-demand classes. If you are familiar with the bike, you don’t have to miss the fun while you’re on vacation!!  

 

There is a beautiful open Kitchen and first floor living space.  Fast Wi-Fi, Sonos Blue Tooth in-ceiling speakers on first floor. Bowers and Wilkins Speakers.  This place is fun!  Watching a 55" TV over a gas fireplace in the living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day of hiking, biking or skiing.  Sit and play a board game with your kids in the comfy seating area off of the kitchen, or Step outdoors and enjoy the outdoor living space.  Cook dinner on the Traeger Wood Pellet Grill/Smoker and take a soak in the fantastic Cal Spa hot tub with stereo and lights while you're waiting!

There is a half bath off of the mudroom on the first floor.  

 

This house is the perfect space for relaxing with friends and family all year round!  Location is Close to everything and there are hundreds of open acres right outside the back door.  This area offer nordic skiing trails in the winter and walking trails the rest of the year.  There are 4 stocked fishing ponds for hours of fun!  There is also a frisbee golf course on property.   There is no excuse to be bored here!

There is Free ski and downtown shuttle bus that stops right outside the front door called The Lift.  Who needs Uber?!  Download the RideHop app to track the bus in real time and see the schedule.  

 

Lets talk about the upstairs space! 

 

The Master bedroom has lots of space and a large closet.  There is an en suite bathroom with double vanities.  Large walk in Euro glass shower, that drys itself when your done with it!   Just push a button and the Airmada shower drying system goes to work!   Enjoy the forest view and the sounds of wildlife from the wall to wall windows.

 The Second Master bedroom has a King Size bed again!   There are Big mountain Winter Park Resort views from bed.  This room has a Walk in closet and lots of space. 

​

 The third bedroom has a Queen sized  bed and a charming feel.   There are also gorgeous views of Winter Park Resort.  You can see the slopes from bed!    

​

The fourth bedroom is a kids bunk room and is the place to be for the kids!   This room sleeps 6 kids.  Who gets the top bunks?   The kids have their own retreat area.  Lots of room to play and dream of the next days adventure.   Resort mountain views.   Tv for the kids.  Plenty of room for pack n play.  Please request if you need pack n play for your stay.    

 

There is a 2nd living room right outside the bunk room!  There is a 55" tv and Playstation 4 to keep your kids busy and having fun!  This living room has incredible views from the large window.   We strategically placed ski maps on the walls here to inspire and to plan out the next day on the slopes.    

 

The second bathroom has a bathtub and shower.  It also features the Airmada Shower Drying System.

 

There is a full sized washer and dryer with drying racks and ironing board on this floor.  Its a nice space!

​Winter Park Resort or Grandby skiing are both very close by.  Steamboat is also not that far away!  Grand Lake and Estes Park make for an easy day trip.   Winter park's legendary tubing hills just around the corner from the house.   Enjoy a real wood burning bonfire as you relax outdoors--this is a treat in Colorado as not every city lets you burn a fire!

There are TVs in all of the bedrooms.  Apple TV.  You can enjoy your own Netflix /Hulu/amazon prime tv accounts.  You will have to enter your own passwords log in.    

 

The Foundry Bowling Alley and Movie Theater is just a few short blocks away.  They have 8 lanes to bowl, pool tables, shuffle board and a few other games.  The whole family loves it here!  Reservations to bowl are needed during the busy seasons!  

 

The Rec Center is just a short walk away also!   The Rec center has a full gym, indoor pool area with large water slide, basketball courts, climbing wall, and indoor walking/running track.  Its a great place for the whole family!   Simply show up and  buy a day pass to the rec center.  Its not expensive. 

 

At night.. enjoy the best view of the stars you have ever seen. The sky is pitch black and amazing
